Our Operations & Service Support Group (OSSG) monitors operational environments and provides support services to our clients.

Requests sent via our trouble ticket system will be sent directly to the approprate support group and will typically receive immediate attention.

Many of our technical and operations staff are located in Data Centers or Client Sites.  If you schedule a meeting with any of our team please ensure that you confirm their location. 
 
 
PLEASE NOTE:  Equipment deliveries need to be made to the appropriate data center which is detailed on the schedule of equipment appended to all our purchase orders.  We do not publish Data Center locations for security reasons.  If you need to confirm a Data Center location, please call the Contact Center who will assist you.
